                           CHANGE BAD MOOD  INTO GOOD MOOD        —   Your thoughts are both the words you hear in your head and the words you speak out loud. It is our thoughts that determine whether our words and actions will be positive or negative. First is Feelings ---Thoughts– Then Action So action will depend on Feelings. Change the feelings / Mood which is very much possible One can change his /her   feelings/Mood. Some methods you may know from your day-today life and Some I can tell you Few tested methods to change bad Mood into Good Mood —   Do what you love to do . Take time off to make yourself happy, use your   imagination as to what really makes you happy and start pursuing that. You should do   what you had enjoyed / loved doing during your school or college days. For example , when you play your favourite game with a group of people let say cricket in your locality, you forget your tension for a while,You get into some kind of meditation while playing a game.
