You can programme your brain to control and direct almost anything if you really want to . Brain Power is a sort of self governing technique and its method of use is really very simple. All you have to do is to be film star in glorious wide screen technicolor.


Suppose you want to lose some weight for instance. You should do some relaxation exercise so that you are quiet  and very peaceful. Now visualize your new slim form, include every detail of how your life will be with a few pounds less to carry around. See, how other people will react to you, picture how different your life will be, imagine the whole situation as clearly and colorfully as possible.

Then use the film regularly, play it through in your subconscious mind every time you are tempted to break your diet. Play it through to yourself in a relaxed situation two or three times each day or more until you have achieved your goal.


You can visualize all the things and all the situations in the whole of your life that you would like to change, and play it through as often as you need it. The fact that You can communicate with yourself by means of pictures, not just words, means you are appealing to your subconscious mind and to the right side of your brain so as to make much more lasting impression.


After a while you will discover that it becomes easier to relax and also to visualize. Some find it easier to think in pictures than others but even so ,it is still worth persevering because it is without any doubt, it is a technique that works and works well.


You can use Brain Power to :-

> Counteract stress - make a relaxation film for yourself

> Make physical changes - lose weight and improve your fitness

>Imagine a better life - your job, your spouse, your sport, your friends and associates

> Know yourself better - there may be hidden films in your subconscious mind that you can develop and adapt

If you do decide to change something or to reach a new goal with brain power make sure you relax and visualize two or three times a day for a period of time.

Do not expect a miracle or the wave of magic wand , allow yourself time, give yourself a chance , keep visualizing and it will work ; your behaviour will change.

Keep your brain Fit....

Remember - The older we are the better our brains, If we use them all the time , and use them well. The brain is no different from the rest of the body, the more we train , the stronger and fitter it gets.

Mental gymnastics are just as important as physical exercise. When older people complain that their brains are failing, or their memory is fading, it is because they do not give the brain enough work to do to keep it young and fit.

The more challenges you are prepared to tackle, the more flexible your  brain becomes. If  you keep an open mind when you meet people, your brain not only stays alert but you also show yourself as a more interesting person to others. The resulting benefit of this is improved communication and better service,

How do you keep your brain fit?  Read more , do crosswords, learn a completely new subject, start a new hobby or teach yourself to be more flexible in your thinking.


Remember that your Mind is more stronger than your body. It is very easy for your Strong mind to  correct your weak  body  and even cure it in short time , on the contrary it is very difficult rather impossible   for your Strong body   to correct your weak mind  and slowly with time your strong body will go weaker. And , then you will not be able to lift up your body to a level where it can revive or bring you to a better state. 

So mind is the key, make your brain or mind fit all the time. 

You can think yourself into good health. You can stop smoking. lose weight, be stronger, be happy, improve your physical and mental performance. Habits can be changed. The Method of achieving a number of long-term goals is really very simple this way.

Whatever your mind thinks, that flows into your body and correct yourself. So it is always good to think positive rather than negative and see the progress in a positive way in your whole body.


Brain power is one way to help yourself in all the circumstances. So trust your Brain or Mind Power , this will never betray you. I have applied this method in my bad days in hospital during covid time  last year and came out of this comfortably merely because my brain power or Mind Power. 

Learn to think always positive by practicing saying positive whosoever you meet  everyday for about a month. This will become your habit over a period of time and this habit will make you think always positive at any unpleasant , untoward , bad situation and bring you out of this  easily.

So, in any untoward or bad situations, hold your brain or mind with positive thoughts and you will come out winner undoubtedly.
