ANGER MANAGEMENT PART -2 ( English and Hindi )

 ANGER MANAGEMENT PART -2

Anger is a characteristic feeling that everybody encounters occasionally. A strong inclination can be useful in certain circumstances, for example, when it assists us with shielding ourselves or support our privileges. when anger or outrage is fumbled, it can prompt unfortunate results in our lives and connections. This is why anger management is so important.

Anger management refers to the strategies and techniques that people use to control their anger and prevent it from causing harm. This can involve learning to recognize the signs of anger and taking steps to calm down before reacting in a negative way. It can also involve developing better communication skills and learning how to express oneself in a more constructive manner.

There are many different approaches to anger management, and what works for one person may not work for another. Some people find it helpful to practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga. Others may benefit from physical exercise, such as running or weightlifting, to release pent-up tension.

Another effective technique for managing anger is cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which focuses on changing the negative thought patterns and behaviors that lead to anger. CBT can help people develop more effective coping strategies and improve their communication skills, allowing them to express their feelings in a more constructive manner.

In addition to these techniques, there are some general principles that can help people manage their anger more effectively. These include:

1.           Recognizing triggers: Identifying the situations or people that tend to trigger anger can help people prepare for and avoid these situations when possible.

2.           Practicing empathy: Understanding the perspectives of others and putting oneself in their shoes can help people respond to conflict in a more compassionate and constructive way.

3.Taking responsibility: Acknowledging one's own role in a conflict and taking responsibility for one's own emotions and behavior can help de-escalate the situation and promote a more positive outcome.  Learning to communicate effectively: Developing clear and assertive communication skills can help people express their feelings and needs in a way that is more likely to be heard and understood by others.

4.Seeking support: Talking to a trusted friend, family member, or mental health professional who can provide valuable support and guidance for managing anger and improving relationships.

In conclusion, anger management is an essential skill for living a healthy and fulfilling life. Learning to recognize and control anger, developing effective coping strategies, and improving communication skills can help people manage conflict and build stronger, more positive relationships. While it may take time and effort to develop these skills, the benefits are well worth it in terms of improved mental and emotional well-being.

FIND OUT YOUR AIMS IN LIFE.....

FINDING YOUR AIMS IN LIFE..... In order to give good service to others it is important for you to be confident in yourself  and in your job. It is your life. Only you can decide what you want from it . Seldom we do meet people who are so contented that they want nothing more from their lives.  Most of us have dreams and ambitions. Our aims are material - bigger house, big car, better job, more overseas travel etc. Achieving these aims probably takes a concerted effort in terms of decision making and breaking the mould of our lives. It is far easier to float with the current than to swim against the tide. But  to make changes in the less material aspects of our lives takes an even greater effort. Star by considering 1. What would make life more meaningful 2. What would give you more satisfaction 3. What would enable you to jump into bed at the end of each day contented with your achievement and progress of that day. - How to define your goals in life ? - What are yo...

ROBOT VS HUMAN BEHAVIOR

ROBOT VS HUMAN BEHAVIOR Humans make robots and program them to be more respectful and courteous, follow all etiquettes but on the contrary humans or creators themselves don't follow what they are preaching.                                                This above observation raises an interesting point about the relationship between humans and technology, as well as the complexities of human behavior and societal norms. Lets us see some more on this... 1. Expectations vs. Reality : When humans design and program robots to exhibit respectful and courteous behavior, they are setting an ideal standard based on societal norms and values. However, humans themselves may struggle to consistently adhere to these standards due to various factors such as personal biases, cultural differences, situational constraints, and emotional reactions.         ...

ANGER AND LOVE

ANGER AND LOVE There is a small story .....Goes like this. Once a professor asked his student...why do we shout in anger Why do people shout at each other when they are upset? why can't they be assertive instead of aggressive. why can't they sort it out by becoming just assertive and calm. The student thought for a while, one of them said, because we lose our calm and then we shout. Professor said .....is it not possible to speak to him or her with soft voice. Why do you shout at a person when you are angry. The students gave some other answers, but none satisfied the Professor. Finally, he explained, when two people are angry at each other their hearts distance a lot and to cover that distance they must shout to be able to hear each other. The angrier they are, the stronger they will have to shout to hear each other through that great distance. The Professor asked .....what happens when two people fall in love? They don't shout at each other bu...
