HAVE GOOD LIFE

Have Good Life....

Negative thoughts continue to run in your mind. You must let them go out from your mind immediately so as to calm your mind. Try adopting some mentioned habits in this blog, you will have lots of peace in your life.

Toxic Relationship:

Leave aside all those relationships which gives you stress, anxiety, disrespect and your mind wanders in such things.
Negative Self Talk
Stop this habit from today, don't talk bad about yourself rather talk good things about you and others.

Stressful Workplace

Maintain distance from such place where you start doubting yourself, this is where your mental stress starts.

Don't chase happiness

If you want to stay away from worries and calm your mind, then do not run after happiness but learn to be happy in every situation.

Remove your victim mentality!
If all the bad things are happening with you and you put blame on others, then you will not be able to learn from your mistakes.

Perfection
Stop looking for perfection in everything. Nothing can be perfect in your life. That's why don't run after perfection, accept your weaknesses and try to improve on that.

Feeling of Revenge
Some people do have feeling of Revenge to great extent. But with this kind of feeling you will lose all your mental peace and you never want that to happen. So, please learn to forgive people.

Learn to praise others
PRAISE ONE PERSON EVERYDAY. EVERY MORNING U SHOULD PROMISE YOURSELF THAT U WILL PRAISE AT LEAST ONE PERSON IN THE COURSE OF THE DAY FOR ONE GOOD THING THAT U SPOT IN HIM OR HER. WE MUST LEARN TO APPRECIATE FRIENDS, COLLEAGUES, SUBRODINATES, PARENTS, BROTHER, CHILDREN  IN FRONT OF MASS. WE MUST REALIZE THAT EVERY OTHER PERSON U MEET IS MORE TALENTED THAN U AT SOMETHING OR THE OTHER ONE SHOULD LEARN TO APPRECIATE THAT BIT.

Go and meet People and relations without reason

We should go meet people/ relation without reason. Normally we go to relatives, friends and parents when there is some work or function or property issue etc. Please try meeting your parents, friends and relations without any work or reason sometimes. You will find that parents, friends and relatives are very happy seeing this gesture of yours. You will not only give them happiness but also make yourself happy too.
Simple rule, if you make others happy, you automatically become happy. And beauty is that that you will get bigger happiness than what you have given to your friends and relations.

Do help others
Remember that helping others doesn't always require grand gestures. Small, consistent acts of kindness can have a profound impact on someone's life. The key is to be genuine, respectful, and compassionate in your efforts to assist others.

Do some activity everyday if possible.
Engaging in some form of activity every day is a great way to maintain physical and mental well-being. Regular activity can help improve your physical health, boost your mood, and increase your overall productivity.

Review your thoughts
Do not entangled in your busy routine. take-out sometime for yourself and review your thoughts. With this kind of method going, you will be able to bring in some change in yourself. And that is going to be a great improvement in your life.

What would make life more meaningful 2. What would give you more satisfaction 3. What would enable you to jump into bed at the end of each day contented with your achievement and progress of that day. - How to define your goals in life ? - What are yo...
