RUB it OUT

 RUB it OUT

Most people don't love to clean or organize their home. Many of us typically view any cleaning activity as a duty rather than relaxing or meditative. Some people actually do find such job as a prayerful or meditative and look forward to them.

                                                             Just Duty

                                       Prayerful or Meditative

For those people actually cleaning or organizing their spaces allow them to take control of something in their lives they can positively affect, forces their brain to take break and lets them clear their mind, which sometimes allows creativity to come into play. Even it is not always but the break for the mind is a nice bonus.

If your brain is cluttered with thoughts, it is very difficult to function externally. If you look at the inner/outer connection what is happening internally is affected by what's happening externally and vice versa. If your external space feels calm or feels decluttered, it naturally will impact your body's ability or mind's ability to feel more organized.

In other scenarios, clutter and disorganization themselves cause stress. One Prominent person told me that clutter and disorganization use our energy in a way we don't realize.
It is like having a project that you know has to be done ( e.g returning a phone call, paying bills, writing term paper) yet there is no deadline so that project continues to take up your mental energy.

Think about the pile of papers on kitchen counter. I need to do something about that is a constant internal refrain. Once that is addressed and resolved, there is a sense of calm and accomplishment.

I read in the Book mentioning...the study which found that those who focused on the smell of the soap, the warmth of the water, the feel of the dishes reported a decrease in nervousness by 27 percent and an increase in mental inspiration by 25 percent. The control group on the other hand, didn't experience any benefits.

FIND OUT YOUR AIMS IN LIFE.....

FINDING YOUR AIMS IN LIFE..... In order to give good service to others it is important for you to be confident in yourself  and in your job. It is your life. Only you can decide what you want from it . Seldom we do meet people who are so contented that they want nothing more from their lives.  Most of us have dreams and ambitions. Our aims are material - bigger house, big car, better job, more overseas travel etc. Achieving these aims probably takes a concerted effort in terms of decision making and breaking the mould of our lives. It is far easier to float with the current than to swim against the tide. But  to make changes in the less material aspects of our lives takes an even greater effort. Star by considering 1. What would make life more meaningful 2. What would give you more satisfaction 3. What would enable you to jump into bed at the end of each day contented with your achievement and progress of that day. - How to define your goals in life ? - What are yo...

STRESS PART -1   STRESS can be defined as :-  The way your body responds to the demands of your lifestyle i.e  the effects of wear and tear on your body. Most people think of stress  as a mental state but it is in fact , very largely , a physical condition. Different people can tolerate different  levels of stress. Each person needs to work on their own stress control techniques according to their tolerance levels.
